You know how in Mother Russia things you would normally do to a direct object, the direct object tends to do to YOU!?
(For example: "In Mother Russia, Waldo finds you!")

It came from these jokes by Yakov Smirnoff:
- "In Los Angeles, you can always find a party. In Soviet Russia, the Party can always find you!"
- "In America, you can watch television. In Soviet Russia, television watches you!"
These make more sense. I finally get it.

I just love grammar jokes. You should read "Biting the Wax tadpole".
