The scourge of mouth ulcers rages on. For context, let's just review what a typical canker sore looks like:

For three or four weeks I've been plagued with a cough and a runny nose. Then, I developed what I thought was a sore throat. With all the hype surrounding H1N1, I was relieved to discover it was merely a (non-contagious) canker sore...on my uvula.

I'm not convinced I should be relieved. This is the painful.

I am really glad that I got all of my strep throat and such out of the way before the advent of digital cameras. Those photos are gross. . . but they do make me feel badly for you. I hope you're feeling better.
that's the weirdiest thing I've seen today. I hope you recover. As we have started our new "no mouth-sores during the holidays" diet, I have found that mouthwash really helps when I succumb to the taboo.
I am so sorry! That looks terrible! Take care.
Triamcinolone acetonide dental paste.
You really should try this - it's worked great for my family. Although, I'm not sure how you would get it to the back of your throat....
Yuk, yeah, what Kendra said or gargle with salt water. You've got some nast viruses running around in your mouth, don't kiss your computer.
Thad, Ben needs a picture of this for medical purposes.
Gross.
