These are pictures relating to the ancient Mongolian bone rolling game "Shagai."
Normally, there are just four different stable orientations these ankle bones can land in: sheep, goat, camel, and horse. Thus, I was shocked and surprised to get this 'leaning jowler.' What do we call it? A cow?

Apparently it is called a "cow" like you suggest. "A fifth side, cow, is possible on uneven ground." from Wikipedia. It doesn't say what to do though.
